Welcome to Buffalo, where we produce two types of HYAC hybrid air coolers, the single zone and the dual zone. A single zone unit is a one zone cooler that can switch between wet and dry cooling. This makes it easier to reach the right outlet temperature where you have high fluctuations in ambient conditions. Typically, dry cooling mode is activated in cooler periods. This saves space and water while our single zone reaches the right outlet temperature. Our dual zone has two different cooling zones. The first is a traditional air cooled heat exchanger. The second an evaporative cooler, which adds to your overall cooling capacity. This design works best with hotter process inlet temperatures.
